本文件提供英文版本。

This policy applies to consumer health data, as defined by Washington's My Health My Data Act, Nevada's consumer health data law, Connecticut's data privacy law and similar US state laws, that Otjh LLC collects through LunaFit. It complements our Privacy Policy.

Consumer health data we collect

Period and cycle dates, predictions about your cycle, fertile window and ovulation, symptoms and their intensity, mood and energy, sexual activity and protection, cervical mucus, ovulation and pregnancy test results, your goal and pregnancy dates, breast self-exam findings, weight, basal body temperature, water intake, completed workouts, notes and the health questions you ask Luna AI.

Sources

We collect it directly from you when you log it in LunaFit, and we derive some of it, such as your next period and fertile window, from what you log.

Why we collect and use it

To provide LunaFit to you: tracking and predicting your cycle, showing your history and charts, sending the reminders you turn on and answering your Luna AI questions. We do not use consumer health data for advertising and we do not sell it.

Who we share it with

We share consumer health data only with service providers that process it on our behalf and under our instructions: Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel (hosting) and Resend (reminder emails). If you choose to use Luna AI and consent to it, your messages and a cycle estimate are shared with DeepSeek to generate the answers.

We do not share consumer health data with affiliates or advertising partners, including Google AdMob.

Your consent

We collect and process consumer health data only after you consent in the app, and Luna AI asks for a separate consent before any data is sent to DeepSeek. You can withdraw your consent at any time: delete your account in Profile › Privacy & security to stop all collection, or turn off Luna AI in the same screen.

Your rights

You have the right to confirm whether we collect, share or sell your consumer health data; to access it, including a list of all third parties and affiliates with which we have shared it and their contact information; to withdraw your consent; and to have your consumer health data deleted.

You can download or delete your data in the app at any time, or write to otjhllc@gmail.com. We will respond within 45 days, which we may extend once by another 45 days when reasonably necessary, and we will tell you if we do.

Appeals

If we decline to act on your request, you can appeal by replying to our answer. We will respond to your appeal in writing within 45 days and explain our decision. If your appeal is denied, you can contact your state's Attorney General, such as the Washington State Office of the Attorney General, to submit a complaint.
