Delete your LunaFit account

Delete it from the app

Open LunaFit and go to Profile › Privacy & security › Delete account.

Type the confirmation word and confirm. Your account is deleted immediately and you are signed out on that device.

Delete it from the web

Use the button on this page to sign in with the same email or Google account you use in the app, then confirm in Profile › Privacy & security › Delete account.

Ask us to delete it

If you can no longer sign in, write to otjhllc@gmail.com from the email address linked to your account with the subject "Delete my LunaFit account". We will verify that the request comes from the account owner and delete the account within 30 days.

What is deleted

Your profile and sign-in details, period and cycle history, symptoms, mood and energy logs, notes, daily log details and tracking settings, completed workouts, reminder settings, Luna AI usage counters, and your community posts, comments, likes and reports. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone, so download a copy of your data first if you want to keep it.

What is kept

LunaFit does not store the content of Luna AI conversations, so there is nothing left to delete there. If you have an active subscription, it is cancelled before the account is deleted, and payment records held by our payment processor are kept only for as long as tax and accounting laws require. Copies in our providers' routine backups disappear automatically when those backups expire.
